Liu Xiaoming, China’s ambassador to the UK, said on BBC Parliamnent’s The Andrew Marr Show that it was not China’s fault for the death of the Wuhan doctor that talked in regards to the Coronavirus but it was actually local authories’ fault in the Hubei Province, which he said was the ‘Size of England and Scotland’ and had the population of ‘England and Wales’. Local authorities warned Li Wenliang (the doctor who discovered the virus) to stop scaremongering or else ‘law would put him to justice’.
